Gorgeous shot! You’ve captured beyond the visual… I can feel the breeze and smell the brine!
The strange thing about that breeze is how cold it was on the one side of the hill, then once I got down into the woods and the path to the beach it became really warm and humid. Weird mixture.
This looks like it’s leading to a beach in Portugal!
It certainly has that sort of feel to it, not just the photo either, the wooded area and the stretch of beach, pine trees and such, are very Portugal, Spain, Greece, kind of look.
I love paths. For me it represents the going somewhere. If you don’t know where it can be anywhere wonderful! I also love the ocean and the beach but I can’t remember how long it’s been since I’ve been on one. It would be nice though 🙂
I tend to get grouchy if I don’t make a trip to the beach every few months!

I’ve travelled around a fair bit of the Norfolk coast and there’s no end of sights to capture. Wonderful place to visit.
i must go out to the sea again…. John Masefield’s poem comes to mind, although the beach is more my preference than being out on the water, too. and a path such as this one is definitely one to be on! thanks for sharing.
I agree with you, I prefer the beach side of things rather than the wet part. I love a paddle, jeans rolled up style but swimming is reserved for those insanely hot days where the lure of refreshing water is too much to resist.
I used to live in Norfolk and often visited this part of the coast. Great photo of a wonderful place.

Plenty of people think of Norfolk as the “flat bit” in the east somewhere, but the coast lines are amazing!
